1. Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 business days.
2. Items will be shipped using Sendle. No PO BOXES can be delivered to unless by request. Your quote for shipping will be sent to you BEFORE making a purchase. Please contact me on [email protected] this shipping will be higher than my standard $7.
3. Shipping time frames are 2-6 Working days.
4. Shipping is Australia ONLY at this point.
5. Local pick up from 3138 is available please come within the arranged time frame. If this doesn't occur within 10 days shipping will be charged and sent once payment is cleared.
Returns
6. Custom items cannot be returned, if there is a problem with the item please contact me ([email protected]) I will do my best to fix it for you.
7. For Faulty, damaged or missing items please contact me as soon as problem arises within 7 days.
8. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
9. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me first within 5 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
Product faults from shipping should will directed to Sendle or the shipping company that was used to send your order.
